Are the the Combined Results from the IFSC Youth World Championships considered as a discipline?

Where the ‘combined’ discipline is run as a separate event (for example the Senior World Championships in Hachioji) it would be considered as a discipline. In the World Youth Championships the combined ranking is calculated from an aggregate score of the lead, boulder and speed discipline results. Therefore, it would not be considered a seperate ‘discipline’ in this selection policy.
